Works need to be completed on a fast rack schedule as it is important to be able to get the stores re-opened as soon as possible. This necessitated a programme per store to ensure that works did no exceed programme.

We would utilise shift work were applicable to enable fast and effective strip out of the units prior to full fit out  ensuring that trades were sequenced to maximise time and resource throughout each project.

Works included site strip out, ceilings, partitions, decoration, flooring and bespoke joinery items where required. Sites were handed back within the two week period ensuring that the retail unit could be operational again minimising downtime for the business.
